PWA Planning has helped secure approval for a £13m scheme of 50 new homes in Elswick, Fylde.
The Chapel Mill development will be delivered by Blackpool-based house builder Create Homes and will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom new-build properties.
The high specification homes will include SieMatic kitchens, integrated Neff appliances, security systems, fast car charging points and block paving, as well as fully fenced and turfed rear gardens.
Reflective of local need, Chapel Mill will include a provision of 15 affordable, starter homes to help people get on the property ladder. Eight of the 15 will be on an affordable rental tenure, with the remaining seven being shared ownership.
Stella Walton, director of PWA Planning, said: “We proactively worked with Create Homes and the planning authority to come up with a new scheme of well-built, high quality homes in the heart of the Fylde countryside.
“Create Homes has a successful record of delivering new homes where they’re needed most, so we’re pleased to be supporting our client on this scheme and are looking forward to seeing this new community come to life.”
Andrew Booth, managing director at Create Homes, commented: “We are delighted to have secured planning permission for this site. By continuing to provide high-quality housing, Create Homes allows purchasers the opportunity of home working in well-located countryside locations, whilst enjoying a high-quality modern lifestyle.
“I look forward to welcoming families to their new homes in this fantastic countryside location.”
