Four Preston housing approvals for PWA Planning

PWA Planning has helped win planning approval for four small housing schemes on sites in Preston.

Working on behalf of landowners, the practice has secured full planning permission for five detached homes in Station Lane, Barton, and six detached homes on a site in Lea Road, Cottam.

Meanwhile, PWA Planning has also gained outline planning consent for six detached homes in Inglewhite Road, Longridge, and two homes in Bartle Lane, Lower Bartle.

Josh Hellawell, planner at PWA Planning, said: “These latest planning consents are all great examples of how we work with landowners to help them realise value from plots of land that are suitable for housing, particularly in rural areas.

“In all of these projects, our role has been to advise on the most efficient and viable route through the planning process. We developed the respective applications, authored the associated statements and supported each application through the determination process.

“Though we work on projects across the UK, it’s nice to maintain a strong local presence and complete these four projects on our doorstep in Preston.”

PWA Planning has an experienced team of planning consultants advising landowners, developers, housebuilders and other property professionals throughout the region.
