A new building, a new chapter for PWA Planning

This week we have officially moved into our new offices in Preston, marking the start of a new era for PWA Planning.

This is clearly an exciting development for us as a business, but it’s also an incredibly positive one for our clients and contacts too.

We’ve grown steadily since Stella and I set up the business in 2013. We now employ 10 staff and recently made four senior promotions within our team too.

Our new premises at Lockside Office Park give us the extra room to accommodate our enlarged team and the scope for further growth in the future.

This space will allow us to plan and think better. It means we can continue doing what we do best – finding ways to help our clients get their developments moving.

We’ll continue to be at the centre of the North West where much of our work is based, and by staying in Preston we continue to enjoy great connectivity to the rest of the UK for our projects further afield.

We decided to buy the property, rather than lease it, and this significant investment puts us on a solid footing and gives us greater control over our future.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve had the builders in and have completely refurbished the property. It’s looking great, even if we say so ourselves.

We look forward to an opportunity to welcome people formally to our new offices in due course. In the meantime, our new address is 2 Lockside Office Park, Lockside Road, Preston, PR2 2YS. Our phone number is the same as before.

Finally, a big thank you to all our clients and professional contacts who have supported us from day one. This wouldn’t have been possible without you.

All the best.
