He has worked on projects including major roadside services, new affordable housing developments, private housing developments and applications for large single dwellings.
Within housing, Mike has developed a specialism in the redevelopment of agricultural sites using Class Q permitted development rights.
Mike holds a Master’s in Planning at the University of Manchester. Prior to joining PWA in 2019, he volunteered as a student planner at Wigan Council and as a practical conservation officer for the Wildlife Trust.
Away from his work, Mike is an avid football, playing his local team Withington Hope Club de Fútbol and also supporting Bolton Wanderers. He also enjoys going for long walks, going to the gym, running, and is learning Spanish.
