He has developed a specialism within the leisure and hospitality industry, often acting for major hotel and pub operators to bring listed buildings and heritage assets back into to use.
His client highlights include major projects for EG Group, Amber Taverns, Inn Collection Group, Seddon Homes and Applethwaite Homes.
Matthew has been a member of the RTPI since 2013 and holds a Diploma in Town Planning from Newcastle University. He joined PWA Planning in 2018.
As well as spending time with his family, Matthew is a supporter of Burnley Football Club and also loves going to see live music, especially festivals.
