Before joining PWA in 2017, she spent 14 years at Wyre Council progressing to be the authority’s development manager which involved leading the planning and enforcement team.
At PWA Lydia has continued to develop her broad range of planning experience including energy, commercial and industrial, and residential projects.
She has worked on projects for clients including Community Gateway Association, Anwyl Homes, Applethwaite Homes, EG Group and Midas Land.
A full member of the RTPI, Lydia holds a BA Honours degree in planning from Newcastle University and a Master’s in Planning from Manchester University.
