A chartered town planner, he specialises in the preparation and management of complex planning applications, often involving public consultation and negotiation with public bodies and statutory consultees. He has also worked on planning appeals including inquiries.
He has managed projects for clients including Story Homes, Oakmere Homes, Preston North End Football Club, and Scunthorpe United Football Club.
Earlier in his career, Dan worked for a wind energy developer and then went on to work with US-based engineering multinational CH2M HILL where he built up a specialism in Environmental Impact Assessments and infrastructure planning working alongside the Highways Agency, United Utilities and the Environment Agency.
Away from work he’s a keen runner, taking part in events from 5k to ultramarathons.
