Andrew holds two degrees and has built a diverse planning career across the public and private sectors. His experience spans Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs), master planning, national policy and legislation development, and a wide range of planning applications. Since becoming a Chartered Planner in 2019, Andrew has played a key role in shaping planning policy within the Isle of Man Government.
